Mrs. Judith Ukagwu is a founding member of Nnadozie foundation. She is the Chief Executive Officer and Project Lead of the organization. She   holds a Master’s degree in Business administration and a
Bachelor’s of Science degree in Estate management from Abia State
University Uturu. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel
Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and a Graduate of the Nigerian Institute of
Management(NIM).

She is a passionate women’s rights advocate who is committed to seeing positive change in her community. She has facilitated the Nnadozie
trainings and empowerment of disadvantaged women and girls. and has
successfully executed several capacity building programs in rural
communities of Abia State, Nigeria.
A student of Philanthropy University USA, she continues to seek more ways to
maximize the foundation’s impact through it projects and activities.
