Local Employment and Production
Ndozie was a key leader in the UNDP Nigeria Planning Commission projects carried out in Abia State. The projects included:
Procurement and installation of Garri processing mill and training of women on the use and maintenance of the mill at Ohanso in Ukwa East LGA , Abia State.
Planting of 500 stands of Ukwa seedlings(Bread Fruit) at Umuhu Ofeiyi community in Umuahia North LGA, Abia State and the training of the women and youths on the maintenance, harvesting and processing of bread fruit.
Procurement and installation of oil mills and training of women on mechanized processing of oil palm at Umuekwule, Afugiri, Abia State.

Poultry Training.
It has been shown that women and girl are most affected in poverty stricken area, so Ndozie facilitates the training of local women in the production, management and marketing of poultry and poultry products in Afugiri community, Umuahia North LGA, Abia State with the support of the Virginia Gildersleeve foundation (VGIF). We are working to have this training in all rural communities across the country, so as to empower women in these communities economically, provide employment and encourage animal protein intake for malnourished children.
Promotion of Education And Learning 
Ndozie foundation promotes access to quality education by providing education scholarships to under privileged children and individuals. We will continue to partner with donors to provide conducive learning environments, learning materials, teachers training and grassroots sensitization to encourage education and learning in our local communities
Access to Technology and Information Systems
Through the supply of computers and software, Ndozie assists in the establishment of database, information systems and digital monitoring mechanism for micro credit agencies and micro finance Institutions in Abia State. We want to build transparency and increased access of rural communities to these services. We believe IT skills are essential in the 21st century. With support from partners we hope to provide computer training and access for most women and girls.
Bore HoleWater Project
Ndozie raised the funds to install fencing and protection of a local bore hole site at Oberete Village in Ukwa, Umuahia Abia State, through the Asa Osisioma MDG project.
This keeps up the functionality and access to clean water for the Oberete Community
