WHO WE HELP:

This initiative provides for the needs of vulnerable women and girls specifically:

The most common acts of violence against women in Nigeria include sexual harassment, physical violence, harmful traditional practices, emotional and psychological violence, socio-economic violence and violence against non-combatant women in conflict situation.

The situation is worse for our project beneficiaries due to their obvious challenges and inadequate social protection in Nigeria.

HOW WE HELP:

The BFA project offers succour and opportunity for vulnerable women to rebuild their lives and fulfil their potential through:

Economic empowerment through skill acquisition, access to business grants and scholarships.

Access to mental health counselling and support.

Provision of food, clothing, groceries, medical supplies and temporary shelter for the vulnerable women

Linking survivors to relevant individuals and agencies where they can get justice, protection and other forms of support.

We are committed to offering hope and opportunities for our project beneficiaries to thrive.

HOW YOU CAN HELP:

Nnadozie Foundation welcomes partnerships for this project from individuals and organizations in cash and kind. Organization in various sectors such as food and beverage distribution, clothing and accessories, cosmetics , food items, house hold items etc. are encouraged to donate supplies for our project beneficiaries.

We also welcome volunteers particularly experts in women’s health, mental health professionals, business coaches, counsellors and all who can offer their skills and time towards improving the lives of our project beneficiaries.
